So sorry…I don’t have contact info for her. We were, if you will, “low-tech” while there. But ask whoever is making your Guanacaste accommodations for some local names of qualified people, and I’m sure you will find a teacher for your kids!

We will be in Guanacaste in June, and hoping to spend 4 hours / day for a week with a tutor to teach our 4 kids some Spanish (their mom, too). Would you be willing to share Ivette’s contact information with us?

Dear Nicole,

Thank you for asking me to guest blog at your site. We actually are not RV’ers, though we have tagged along with camping friends who own trailers and such. We’ve basically lived out of our station wagon and tent camped, and in the winter in the High Sierras, we rented a cabin. But someday if I ever do get us a real RV, I’d love to guest blog for you about how it functions as a homeschool on wheels. I must say I’ve had a hankering to get us a small RV.

Andreas is out with the kids while I try and figure out which to buy of the 100 Lego things Jack wants. Luckily he has not yet been exposed to the Death Star, but he definitely needs some more Clone Troopers. Oh yes, and I am printing out Star Wars masks to make at his party and printing out Star Wars coloring pages – I wonder if they have Star Wars Gummibears?
